Birth is shaped long before labor begins. The conversations, foundations, and confidence built during pregnancy often matter more than who is physically present in the room.
This offering is designed for families who want comprehensive, structured preparation — without the expectation of on-call birth attendance. My goal is not to make you dependent on my presence. It’s to equip you and your partner with the knowledge, discernment, and embodied confidence to navigate pregnancy and birth feeling steady and capable.

Pregnancy is a season of constant physical and emotional change. Holistic pregnancy support means tending to the foundations — your nourishment, energy levels, supplement questions, stress patterns, and evolving concerns — so you feel steady rather than overwhelmed as your body changes.
During our time together, we review your intake holistically and talk through what’s actually showing up in your day-to-day life — from food aversions and fatigue to iron supplementation, mineral balance, lab questions, and commonly discussed tools like red raspberry leaf tea. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all advice, I help you think critically, ask informed questions, and make decisions that align with your body and your provider’s care.
This approach supports you not just in “getting through” pregnancy, but in building a strong, informed foundation for the birth experience ahead.
Holistic Intake & Clarity Session: We review your health history, labs, supplement use, and current concerns — clarifying what’s relevant, what’s noise, and where to focus.
Personalized Plan Preparation: Together, we build practical strategies for nourishment, comfort techniques, positioning awareness, and communication preferences.
Partner & Advocacy Coaching: Your partner learns how to support you confidently — understanding labor patterns, comfort measures, and decision-making language that carries into birth.
Clients often tell me they still hear my voice during labor — not because I’m texting from the sidelines, but because the preparation we did together was clear, practical, and easy to remember.

Pregnancy Preparation & Support is a complete, standalone offering focused on equipping you during pregnancy.
In some cases, an on-call birth support add-on may be available for self-pay clients if my calendar allows. Availability is not guaranteed and requires a signed birth support agreement and on-call fee.
If you know you would like dedicated on-call labor support, I recommend exploring my Holistic Birth Support package.
If I attend your birth, I show up as a steady presence. If I don’t, you carry the preparation with you. Either way, the goal is the same: a birth experience shaped by informed choices, embodied confidence, and steady support from within your own team.
