Insurance, Discounts & Payment Options ↓

I believe that compassionate care should be accessible — and that means offering flexible options when I can, while also honoring the value of my work and the energy I pour into each client relationship.

Insurance Billing
I’m currently an approved provider for the following insurance plans:
Health First Colorado (Medicaid)
 Colorado Access (CHP+)
TriWest Health Alliance (Tricare)
Kaiser Permanente of Colorado (approved provider — coverage available for eligible members starting July 1, 2025)

Coverage amounts vary by plan and service, so be sure to inquire about your specific eligibility early in the process. I’ll walk you through next steps once you’re ready to book.

Reimbursement plans:
Carrot members can get reimbursed for doula services. As an eligible provider, no additional forms are needed to use your benefits.

Military Families
As a veteran and military spouse, I understand the unique rhythms of military life.
Tricare clients may be fully covered for eligible services.
•
If you're birthing at a military hospital where doula support isn’t covered, I offer a military discount on self-pay doula packages. Just ask about it during your Discovery Call.

Payment Plans
Payment plans are available for self-pay packages. A 2.5% convenience fee is applied to cover transaction costs. Let’s chat if cost is a concern — I’ll always do my best to offer a supportive path forward.

For the smoothest experience, please aim to complete insurance verification and payment planning by 13–14 weeks gestation. This ensures coverage is in place and any payment plans can align with your care timeline.

*[M]otherboard Birth App*

[M]otherboard Birth is a unique, interactive birth plan platform. With your 1-year complimentary access, you can personalize and share your birth preferences with your support team, blending education and collaboration. It’s a tool to help you feel empowered and prepared.

Note: All doula packages include access to the app, but the Holistic package offers deeper guidance to help you make the most of it.
