Whether you’re preparing for pregnancy, carrying new life, or healing after birth, your body holds deep wisdom—and sometimes, deep tension too.
My massage sessions are designed to support your whole being, blending nurturing touch with intentional techniques that ease discomfort, restore balance, and invite stillness. Each session is tailored to your season of life, offered in the comfort of your own space, and grounded in over a decade of experience in perinatal wellness.
This isn’t just massage—it’s your moment to be held, honored, and deeply supported.
Note: Price changes for massage services go into effect September 1, 2025.
Short answer: before you’re pregnant! 😅
Whether you’re starting to plan for a future pregnancy or actively undergoing fertility treatment, your home-based fertility massage offers gentle support for your body’s reproductive rhythm and overall well-being. Each session is designed to create space for balance, alignment, and deep nourishment—wherever you are in your conception journey.
Ideally, we’ll work together for 1 to 3 full cycles (or months) before trying to conceive or beginning IUI/IVF. We avoid massage during the menstrual phase and, if you're actively TTC, we'll also pause after ovulation.
Note: Certain conditions may require your provider’s approval before starting.
Perinatal massage includes both prenatal and postpartum massage care. Each mobile massage session is tailored to your unique needs—offering grounded, nurturing support as your body transforms.
You’re welcome to begin prenatal massage in any trimester. Some people prefer to wait until after the first, but it’s not required. Just know that starting in the second trimester, we no longer use face-down positioning for safety and comfort.
Postpartum massage is available anytime you feel ready—whether a few days or many months after birth. If you've had a cesarean, we typically wait about 6 weeks for full-body massage, but Manual Lymphatic Drainage can be started much sooner to support healing.
Perfect for those navigating prodromal labor, preparing for an induction, or just wanting to be more proactive in their labor prep. While I can’t guarantee it will “kickstart” labor, these sessions support alignment, grounding, and nervous system calm as your body prepares.
(On-call support is only offered for those in early/prodromal labor and must be arranged in advance. This is not a standard late-night or last-minute booking option)
MLD gently supports your lymph system during pregnancy or postpartum, easing swelling, improving circulation, and enhancing recovery—especially after cesarean birth.
Available as add-ons to any postpartum perinatal massage:
Already have a belly bind?
Binding assistance only: Free at the end of your massage
Please Note: These massage services are provided by appointment only. I currently offer in-home massage within Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. Virtual care is not available for massage services. Insurance does not cover perinatal massage, bodywork, or MLD at this time.
